Professional Energy Use Audit
WM software guides any qualified electrical contractor through a user-friendly interface that captures every required detail and count of existing: lights, plugs, motors and other energy-consuming equipment.
The complete audit, along with a minimum of two pictures of existing equipment, is then uploaded to our cloud server.
To ensure the most energy efficient solution possible we capture every attribute for every bulb and fixture by area. We also ask your Facility Manager a series of questions, including:
- Preferred color temperature
- Too bright, too dim, or just right
- Control preferences
- New fixtures or retrofit
- Increase or reduce number of fixtures
All data and information is input to our Audit App then we engineer a solution that specifies the lighting system changes needed to meet all of your requirements.

Building Information
- We remove the cover of every panel in the building and note the use of every circuit.
- Our audit will determine which circuits our Energy Monitoring and Management System will measure in real-time for the most efficient scheduled use of power.
- Motor name-plate information will be entered and photographed.
- Data from chiller and HVAC equipment is gathered for performance-optimization by our engineers.
- We also gather critical information required for the installation of harmonic mitigation equipment.
