After passing our vetting process each Contractor receives training on our Audit App. Training includes the administration of test projects until the Contractor meets our proficiency requirements.

Before sending a Contractor to an WM client, competitive labor rates will have been negotiated and agreed upon.

Watts Matter is in the business of selling energy efficiency products. While we manage every project from start to finish, we DO NOT mark-up the installation labor portion of the project. This is a direct contract between our client and the Contractor.
